Plaistow Town Hall

Description

The Town of Plaistow reached out to SFC to assist with the construction of two new accessible parking spaces in front of the Plaistow Town Hall which included an accessible route for the parking spaces to the interior of the building.

A plan review of the proposed site enhancements was completed by SFC which verified that the proposed upgrade plan was appropriate and met the requirements of the ADA design standards and that they were applicable to the State of New Hampshire’s accessibility requirements.  During the design, SFC assisted the contractor in redesigning elements to best serve people with disabilities and maintain the aesthetic desires of the Town.

SFC also conducted an inspection of the completed project to ensure that the newly created spaces were constructed as designed and would properly serve the Town residents.
