SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc. was retained by the Londonderry, NH Fire Department to provide third party code review services during the design and construction phases of a new health care facility, the Elliot Medical Center. Specifically, SFC was asked to evaluate the design of a smoke control system proposed for the building’s atrium.

SFC was responsible for reviewing the engineering design for the smoke control system, which included a review of the surrounding building areas for code compliance. In addition to reviewing design materials, SFC provided inspection services at the conclusion of the project to verify system functioning and code compliance.
