Estates at Cohassett Retaining Wall Services, Cohassett, MA

Description

SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc., (SFC) was asked to provide engineering services for the construction of a retaining wall for the proposed “Estates at Cohasset” in Cohasset, MA.

For this project, SFC prepared a construction control affidavit, so that they could properly advise during the construction phase of the project. SFC observed the construction on a periodic basis and preparing a final report after construction was completed.

After observing the construction of the retaining walls, and based on general observations, SFC deemed the walls to have been built in accordance with the design plans and in a workmanship like manner.
