SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc., (SFC) was selected to provide Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Site Design and Permitting Services for a 62-acre mixed-use development in Derry, New Hampshire. The exciting project was a mixed use development which included a restaurant and conference center, professional office space and golf course.

The subject parcel consisted of five separate lots in two different zoning designations: both residential and commercial. The site, located on the Spicket River and near Big Island Pond, included many wetland areas.

SFC provided existing conditions surveys and evaluations, conceptual planning, site design, engineering and construction drawings, wastewater system design, construction layout, permitting, and construction inspection services.

Brookstone Park successfully opened for business in 2005. Today it includes a beautiful nine-hole par 3 golf course with lush fairways flowing around brooks, ponds, and vegetation, as well as a driving range, pro shop and mini-golf course. The property features a majestic restaurant and function hall with views of the gardens and the pond, as well as over 25,000 square feet of business office space.
