SFC Engineering Partnership, Inc., (SFC) assisted the Deerfield Veterinary Clinic in the expansion of their facilities in 2010. This successful clinic needed to expand their existing building to accommodate their growing list of clients. The footprint of the proposed building was about 3800 SF. The parking was expanded to create more space and to improve vehicular movement through the site to access different entrances for larger animals. SFC assembled the site development plans showing the layout of the sites building, parking features, and the design of a new subsurface disposal system. SFC addressed the local requirements for storm water management and submitted applications for required NHDES permits. SFC’s involvement included a constraints and opportunities analysis, creation of a plan of existing conditions, a site development plan, and multiple permit/approval applications.
