SFC Engineering Partnership worked with Warrenstreet Architects in the development of the Hudson Senior Center at Benson Park in Hudson NH. The project goal was to develop an approximate 44’ x 110’ building and ancillary parking on a site encumbered by easements and challenged by topography. SFC provided professional services to prepare site development plans, including site layout, grading and infrastructure (pavement, walkways, water, sanitary sewer), and erosion control. SFC began by creating a reliable plan of existing conditions. Site plans were then prepared for the local Planning Board review. These plans included site layout, grading and infrastructure, storm water management and erosion control. SFC handled all permit and approval applications, and represented Hudson Senior Center throughout the entire process.
