Steve Southard, P.E.

Fire Protection Engineer

Steve joined SFC Engineering Partnership Inc. in March 2023, bringing his expertise and passion for fire protection engineering to the team.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with high distinction and a Master of Science degree in Fire Protection Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

Steve has been a Fire Protection Engineer Since 2014 and is licensed in all New England states. His experience spans a wide range of areas, including nuclear power plants, data centers, warehouses, healthcare facilities, research & development laboratories, schools, and residential spaces.

When he’s not immersed in his work, Steve loves spending time outdoors with his family. Skiing, hiking, boating, and enjoying the beach are some of his favorite activities. With his diverse expertise and genuine love for the outdoors, Steve brings a well-rounded perspective to both his professional endeavors and his personal life.
