Tom is a licensed civil engineer in MA, ME and NH, with over 20 years of experience in the field. Tom acquired his B.S. from the University of Maine in 1999.

In his 20 years in civil engineering, Tom has worked on various projects: from residential subdivisions, solar farms, commercial development sites, natural gas permitting and various utility projects
